Return Policy for Shanrene Custom Jewelry and Bracelets
If you are not satisfied with our custom jewelry and bracelets,
you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping charges.

bracelet back. We will need to get your information.
Return Policy for Italian Charms and Bracelets
If you are not satisfied with our charms or charm bracelets, you
may return it within 15 days, if it has not been worn and is still
in the original package. Please contact
us before sending the bracelet back. We will need to get your
information.
Resize or Restring a Shanrene Custom Bracelet
We will resize your bracelet if it does not fit or restring it
if it breaks one time for the cost of shipping plus $1.00. You
must provide your original order information. After one time,
it is a $10.00 charge plus shipping. You can use any of our shipping
methods.
If you are in a big hurry and can't wait for us to receive the
bracelet, we can do a rush exchange order. We will make a new
bracelet to replace your old one and send it immediately. At the
same time, you will send us your old bracelet that is broken or
did not fit. This is a charge of $15 plus shipping. Always contact
us for your options before sending a bracelet to us.
