We will resize your bracelet if it does not fit the first time for the cost of shipping plus $1.00. You must provide your original order information.
Sent back before
If you have already sent your jewelry back to us before for a resize or restring, there is a $10.00 charge, plus the cost of shipping.
Rush Exchange
If you are in a big hurry and can't wait for us to receive the bracelet, we can do a rush exchange order. We will make a new bracelet to replace your old one and send it immediately. At the same time, you will send us your old bracelet that is broken or did not fit. This is a charge of $15 plus shipping.
