- Within 90 days
We will resize your bracelet if it does not fit or breaks within 90 days of purchase for the cost of shipping plus $1.00. You must provide your original order information.
- After 90 days
There is a $10.00 charge, plus the cost of shipping for fixing broken bracelets or resizes after 90 days of the purchase date.
- Fill out the form below and place your order. Choose the appropriate return shipping method while checking out.
- Be sure to fill in the special instructions with important information.
- Print out your receipt and put it in the package along with the original bracelet (all beads even if broken)
- Ship with insurance and delivery confirmation via USPS or UPS (be sure to get tracking information)
- Email us with tracking information once sent
- Wait for us to fix and return your bracelet
