Silicone Bracelets and Wristbands
Silicone bracelets normally ship from our office within 2-5 business days after the order is placed. Please see individual products for stock status.

Shanrene Custom Jewelry and Bracelets
Our custom bracelets and Mother's Bracelets are usually made and shipped within 2-5 business days. If any items needed to make your jewelry are out of stock, we will let you know of any delays via email.

Other Jewelry
If in stock, jewelry like gold and silver chains normally ship from our office within 2-5 business days. Please see individual products for stock status.

Shanrene ships via U.S. Postal Service and UPS. You will receive a ship notice when your product is shipped. Shipping costs are based on weight and number of items. We recommend you choose U.P.S. for your orders, as we do not guarantee first class mail or global priority.

IMPORTANT: Shipping times below DO NOT include the time it takes to make custom products. It normally takes us 2-5 days to create custom items and then you will need to add the time for shipping. If you need items faster, feel free to contact us via email or phone!

UNITED STATES SHIPPING METHODS (Time shown below does not include order processing time)

US Postal Service First Class
If you are looking for inexpensive shipping within the United States, you may choose First Class during checkout on certain orders. If you need to track your package or need expedited shipping, we suggest choosing a UPS shipping method. The Postal Service does not guarantee how long it will take to deliver a package. All lost mail is strictly your responsibility.
US Postal Service Priority
If you are looking for inexpensive shipping within the United States, choose USPS Priority checkout. If you need to track your package or need expedited shipping, we suggest choosing a UPS shipping method. The Postal Service does not guarantee how long it will take to deliver a package. All lost mail is strictly your responsibility. USPS Priority mail normally takes 2-3 business days after it leaves our office.
US Postal Service Express
USPS Express shipping is delivered within 1-2 days after it leaves our office. This is similar to UPS Next Day. The US Postal Service delivers Express packages 365 days per year, excluding Sundays and holidays (extra charges apply - call us for information). This is a great option for Mother's Day or Holidays because you can still get your package on Saturday! Please contact us if you want us to verify delivery time or to pay extra for Holiday or Sunday delivery.
UPS Ground
From the UPS Web site - Prompt, dependable, cost-effective ground delivery makes UPS Ground an excellent choice for all your routine shipments. This service can take up to 1 week from the time we ship it from our office. Actual delivery time depends on how far you are away from our office in Altoona, IA.
UPS 3 Day Select
From the UPS Web site - UPS 3 Day Select is the smart choice for time-sensitive packages on a cost-sensitive budget. This service is 3 Days from the time we ship it from our office.
UPS 2nd Day Air
From the UPS Web site - Use UPS 2nd Day Air® as an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service. This service is 2nd Day from the time we ship it from our office.
UPS Next Day Air
From the UPS Web site - UPS Next Day Air® features fast, reliable delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, making it the right choice for all your overnight shipments. Guaranteed on-time delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or the end of next business day depending on location. Some shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require additional time in transit. Some shipments to and from certain locations may require additional time in transit

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS (Time shown below does not include order processing time)

Currently, Shanrene, Inc. can ship to Canada, UK, and Ireland. You can choose U.S. Postal Service First Class International for orders up to 4 lb. All other shipments will go via U.S.P.S. Priority International or UPS. If you choose the cheaper U.S. Postal Service for orders, you are at the mercy of the postal services involved in the U.S. and in your country. We can't track the package, so we are unable to tell you when it may arrive. Please choose USPS at your own risk.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying any Duty/Taxes in your country, including Canada. VAT may be charged to you on delivery in certain areas like the UK and Europe like any purchase you make internationally. All purchases on Shanrene.com are made in US dollars only via Mastercard or Visa.

U.S. Postal Service First Class International
This is the most economical way to ship internationally, but there is no way to track this package. We do not guarantee when it may arrive. If you want to make sure you get your package and are able to track it, choose UPS. Use this option at your own risk.
U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail International
Priority Mail International (PMI) provides customers with a reliable and economical means of sending correspondence and merchandise up to 70 pounds. This normally takes 6-10 days after it leaves our office and in many instances includes package tracking.
UPS Worldwide Expedited (International)
From the UPS Web site - Guaranteed On-time Delivery from Two to Five Days. Most shipments to Canada and Mexico are delivered within two business days. Most shipments to major destinations in Europe and Asia are delivered within four business days.
UPS Worldwide Express (International)
From the UPS Web site - Guaranteed next day delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or by the end of the business day to Canada. Guaranteed second day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to major business centers in more than 1,000 cities across Europe, and by end of day to most other destinations.
