How long does it take to get customized or personalized items?
It normally takes us 2-5 days to create customized or personalized items. After the 2-5 days,
we will ship your items out using the shipping method you purchase. For example, if you choose
UPS 2nd day air, it may take you 4-7 days to get your items depending on how quickly we are able
to process the order. If you need items more quickly, please email us or call us about availability.

How will my beaded bracelet fit?
You should only be able to fit 1-2 fingers between
the bracelet and your wrist. This will reduce
snagging, which can loosen beads. If you give
us the exact measurement as described above, your
bracelet should fit fine.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final on customized items. We carefully make and personalize almost every item on our web site. The majority of the time we are unable to re-sell an item that has been customized or personalized. Please be sure that you are sure you want the items before you order them.
How can I get my beaded bracelet resized?
You can get your beaded bracelet resized once for only $1 + shipping if it is within 90 days of your purchase. After 90 days, it is $10 + shipping for resizing or restringing. Please see our resize form for this:

How do I know what size of custom beaded
bracelet I wear?
The best way to know what size of bracelet to
order is to check the size of a bracelet you already
have. Another way would be to measure around your
wrist and add about an inch. Most people order
bracelets that range from 7 inches to 8 inches.
Of course, bracelets can be larger or smaller
than that. If you don't own a bracelet that you
could measure, use a cloth measuring tape or string
to measure around your wrist and add about an
inch.

How do I care for my white t-shirt?
You will want to wash the shirt inside out in cold water and dry on medium. This will help to ensure that the print quality stays great for a long time. The shirts are pre-shrunk, but may shrink slightly as it is 100% cotton. Yet, the shirt sizes should take this into consideration. You may see very slight fading over time like any shirt, but the print quality should be great wash after wash! Because we use state-of-the-art technology to print directly on our shirts, you will not have the feel of an iron-on and the print will not peel or crack. The ink is printed directly on the shirt! Our customers love the quality of our shirts.

** Basic Adult Unisex Tee, Long Sleeve Tee, and Hoodie
We use heavy 6.1 oz white name brand t-shirts like Gildan. The shirts are 100% preshrunk cotton.
Our hooded pullover sweatshirts are 80% cotton and 20% polyester preshrunk fleece. They are 9.5 oz double-ply hood with matching tipped drawcord.
Our basic adult t-shirts and hoodies come in 5 sizes - Small, Medium, Large, X Large, 2X Large and are for men and women. Here is a chart to help you pick the correct size.
