We use heavy 6.1 oz white name brand t-shirts like Gildan. The shirts are 100% preshrunk cotton.
Our hooded pullover sweatshirts are 80% cotton and 20% polyester preshrunk fleece. They are 9.5 oz double-ply hood with matching tipped drawcord.
Our basic adult t-shirts and hoodies come in 5 sizes - Small, Medium, Large, X Large, 2X Large and are for men and women. Here is a chart to help you pick the correct size.

We use a 4.2 oz ladies ring-spun semi-sheer tee from Anvil. The shirts are 100% combed ring-spun preshrunk cotton jersey with Double-needle neck,
sleeve and bottom hem, cap sleeves, side seamed, and fitted silhouette. Our women's fitted t-shirts come in 4 sizes - Small, Medium, Large, X Large. Here is a chart to help you pick the correct size.

** Toddler Basic Tee
We use heavy 6.1 oz white name brand t-shirts like Gildan. The shirts are 100% preshrunk cotton. Our basic toddler t-shirts come in 2T, 3T, and 4T. Be sure to choose the correct size as our t-shirts are personalized and we can't re-sell them if they are returned.
How do I care for my white t-shirt?
You will want to wash the shirt inside out in cold water and dry on medium. This will help to ensure that the print quality stays great for a long time. The shirts are pre-shrunk, but may shrink slightly as it is 100% cotton. Yet, the shirt sizes should take this into consideration. You may see very slight fading over time like any shirt, but the print quality should be great wash after wash! Because we use state-of-the-art technology to print directly on our shirts, you will not have the feel of an iron-on and the print will not peel or crack. The ink is printed directly on the shirt! Our customers love the quality of our shirts.
How do I get a refund for a personalized t-shirt?
Each of our shirts is personalized just for you. We will not be able to re-sell the shirt if it is returned, so we have a strict return policy on personalized t-shirts:
- NOT Refundable
- You incorrectly spell words on your order
- You order the wrong size
- You did not follow washing instructions
- You damaged the shirt
- Refundable within 2 weeks of order
- The shirt was damaged or was of poor quality when it was received
- We made a mistake on your personalized shirt
- You are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our products!
How do I know what size of custom beaded
bracelet I wear?
The best way to know what size of bracelet to
order is to check the size of a bracelet you already
have. Another way would be to measure around your
wrist and add about an inch. Most people order
bracelets that range from 7 inches to 8 inches.
Of course, bracelets can be larger or smaller
than that. If you don't own a bracelet that you
could measure, use a cloth measuring tape or string
to measure around your wrist and add about an
inch.

How will my beaded bracelet fit?
You should only be able to fit 1-2 fingers between
the bracelet and your wrist. This will reduce
snagging, which can loosen beads. If you give
us the exact measurement as described above, your
bracelet should fit fine.
